Visitor Comments: I have been doing my local part to support WBW for many years. I hope to continue the 'think globally- act locally' mindset, I agree with Anne from Australia below. I also wish USA would fully adopt the CODE. We are pathetic in this country.I can say it, I live here.WBW are you on Twitter? I have hooked up with SO many breastfeeding advocates on twitter. It is a valuable tool to promote WBW!

Visitor Comments: I had weight loss surgery in 2001, in 2007 I had twins and everyone said I'd have to give formula or supplement with formula...I was determined and now 1yr later my 3 & 4lbs premmies are 19 & 20lbs little boys walking and speaking 2 languages! I still nurse and I must admit, some people are impressed and tell me what a great job and that's what helps when I get the negative "you still nurse 1 yr olds?" from naive people get tossed my way. Your site and our week of Celebration is a GREAT way to one day STOP the negative, mean, cruel and unwanted remarks by people. |

Visitor Comments: I am a breastfeeding mom. I think it's the best to be so close to my baby, and give him something that I made especially for him. It's truly wonderful and the list of benefits goes on and on. I bet you they don't even know all of the benefits yet. |
