My manager puts on a program every year that is called the Art of Breastfeeding. This year's is number seven. We reach the nurse's, lactation consultants, nutritionist, and others in the health care profession that deal with pregnant women, mothers and babies. Since our area has many cultures, we are doing a program in March about Understanding Other Cultures. We are getting a lot of professionals from the health departments in our area and some nurses from the local hospitals. If this program goes well, we are going to do a panel discussion at the 7th Annual Art of Breastfeeding which is being held in October. We would be interested in getting some information on the what you face in the different cultures you deal with everyday. The people attending to the health department patients do not want to insult someone that is different than they are and we are getting a good response to the program. Thank you for any input you could send to us.

In our planning efforts for World Breastfeeding Week, the NMC's of the Pinnacle Health System at Harrisburg Hospital, are looking for comments from breastfeeding mothers around the world.
