WABA calls on Employers to:
- Develop parent-friendly workplace policies that promote and support breastfeeding
- Provide time, space/proximity and support for breastfeeding workers
- Promote positive attitudes and zero discrimination at the workplace
- Implement social protection measures for all workers, including in the informal sector
- Work with trade unionists and advocates to inform workers of their rights
