This World Health Day, we all have a role to play in supporting nurses and midwives to enable breastfeeding. We need to acknowledge their role in forming strong multidisciplinary healthcare teams, which in turn has a powerful influence on a family’s decision to breastfeed and meeting their breastfeeding goals.
